sketchup is better for the ..house building industry and fusion is better for modeling and 3d printing

the cost for sketch up and fusion is a problem when your not making a bunch of money to offset the cost yet

@atrayu Fusion 360 for me. I found it much more user friendly than SketchUp

A question about how you might have started. I do wood and metal, and my shop is small, and sawdust with grinder dust and welding sparks ... my ass is puckered on a constant basis. any tips you figured out, blending the two?
